My complaint:
When I asked your bakery manger for a special request on a cake I was responded by her rudely stating “I should make my own F’n cake” this kind of response or attitude should not be a Hannaford standard not the first time I’ve had issues with this person.
Suggested solution:
I believe this young lady should relieved of her position and get someone else In that role that takes pride in their work and puts the customer first.
