My complaint:
I received coupons on Hannaford app, I clip them and go the whole week because they never have the items. Now your company puts the free items on there??? How is it (been told) you don’t carry it? Or also been told oh we only had what was in stock room, but don’t substitute another item??? Don’t understand that. And the young man yesterday had attitude because I asked him please look out back. I understand there is a pandemic but they could of offered substitutes. Or not put Free coupons on App

I'm not sure. Maybe do things different with app. Honor substutions I'm handicapped and it takes alot for me to walk in to get power scooter.
