My complaint:
The store manager was extremely rude and condescending to me whild on the express line i was unaware of the rules that 14 items were the limit but instead of nicely advising me he was rude and made me feel stupid even though i spent $139 I was treated like a piece of shit!!
Suggested solution:
Speak with this manager and remind him that the customer is important and school him on how to deal with a customer.
