My complaint:
Happened at 3 stores:Scotia, Rt 20 (Schenectady), Altamont Ave store
Clipped coupons from phone in each store when I couldn’t locate product, I asked Hannaford person I found in area. In each store in each case, store personnel had to answer to give. In fact, seemed utterly dumbfounded clueless. And then simply walked away as if I didn’t deserve further consideration. When I confronted each person said something to effect “ Don’t I, as a customer, even
deserve a polite response or an effort to try to help me!” , people just walked further away. How rude!!! Complained to CustomerService Desk, gave inform, but nothing came of it. So disgusted with rude workers that I have no desire to shop your stores again. Apparently professional courtesy respect is too much to ask these days of your inept personnel. Not a good way to foster customer satisfactiin
Suggested solution:
casually dismissing or not addressing walking away from my complaint is not a way to satisfactorily help me out as trying to shop. You need to better school your personnel in basic consideration, manners respect
