My complaint:
I clipped a coupon for a free Jello pudding, I also had $1 off coupon for Keebler graham cracker crust so I decided to make a pie. I received the dollar off of the pie crust and did NOT receive the free pudding. I generally review my receipt before leaving the store because this happens regularly on free items, I had to get to an appointment and was in a rush therefore neglected to check. I’ve been told by a store employee in the past, that this happens often, very disappointing. I’m on an extremely fixed SNAP budget and clip coupons regularly.
Suggested solution:
Fix their system to accept free coupons and credit my Hannaford rewards for $1.79, the price of the NOT free pudding.
