My complaint:
You recently changed your ham salad to a more processed longer lasting version. Taste is horrible, you removed mayo apparently adding soy product. Use by date now 2 months out so that says a lot. This is not ham salad any deli should be selling. Apparently you did the same with your chicken salad. Better for Hannaford since you can now keep it on the shelf for months, disgusting for your customers. Please go back to your past product, this processed dog food should not even be on the shelf. So bad I had to throw out 3/4 of the container which you downsized yet kept the same price. Very disappointed with Hannaford lately, this is the 5th product we normally bought that you either screwed up or no longer carry.
Suggested solution:
Go back to your original product, anything with a 2 month shelf life does not belong in the deli.
