My complaint:
Store manager of this store very unreasonable in the month of July 2023 has an employee an excellent , reliable, hard worker , there on time , goes in on there days off , employee who worked there and been there since April 2019 an employee that falls under the Act of disability this person had a IEP since pre – k until this employee graduated in 2012 works very very hard this person title is clerk got no help did it all by themselves and got it done. This store manager got rid of him while he was talking to his brother with 3 minutes left of his shift to ask how mom was this store manger told him to finish up and this hard working employee finished unfortunately he was supposed to clock out at 3:00 p.m. he clocked out at 3:19 p.m. the store manager of Hannafords on rte 22 Pawling New York wrote him up and got rid of him.
Suggested solution:
Fire the store manager at Hannafords on rte 22 Pawling New York and hired this employee back full time and no one is allowed to touch him or write him up ever.
