My complaint:
As a vendor I was harassed by the store manager and his management team for personal reasons that the manager did not like me. He told me several times he was going to get me removed from his store. I had never been written up at any store. I own my bread route and I am a independent distributor. This manager used a friend in corporate Hannaford to put pressure on my company to breach my contract and take my route which they did. I have several witnesses to these events.
Suggested solution:
The manager should be fired and I should be compensated for this action by Hannaford and I am still debating to file a lawsuit as this manager is known for his actions.
