My complaint:
I cannot get in touch to speak to anyone at Halifax Credit Card.
When phoning through the app or not through the app the automated message says they are not taking any calls and to go through their app.
When I try to contact them through my credit card app the app just crashes.
Their website incorrectly states the app is working fine.
I have tried numerous times.
Suggested solution:
Answer customer calls or fix the message me part of the app.
