My complaint:
After making a claim for water coming in from my window and was told I can’t claim as the water was probably coming in through the brick work by my home insurance but then phone my home emergency with my additions account who sent there work men out told me it was from some lose tiles but my home insurance said the wind speed was not strong enough a couple of weeks before but I checked the wind speed for March and April and the wind speeds was up to 50 to 60 this insurance has failed me time to email my local mp
