H-E-B complaint: Dogs in grocery store

My complaint:

This is the 3rd complaint I’ve filed and the store refuses to address the issue. No dogs should be allowed in a grocery store, especially around food that is ingested. Some dogs carry parasites, are not well mannered, many people have allergies to them and the majority are NOT service animals. Prior to Christmas a woman was walking her boxer on a lease as employees walked by and said nothing.

Suggested solution:

Put signs at the entrance that are visible. Approach those who bring non service animals into the store and request they leave. Train your employees in how to handle this issue.
