My complaint:
Tried to buy headphones, Manager said had to order on the app. Did that while in the store, went back to Seguin, came back later, poor kid shopper said they werent there. I told him I saw them earlier at 2pm. He went back and they were there, but in the wrong place.
The mgr should have sold them to me the first time.
Suggested solution:
Fire the manager.
I know they wont do that, so dock him a week's pay
