My complaint:
I went into HEB on Monday around 10. I went to checkout .It was fairly busy and people were waiving there hand for assistance. I did not have a basket just had seafood and 2 5lbs bag of Buffalo wings. My seafood would not scan so I sit my chicken bags down by the side and associate comes over and pick up my chicken and set it on the scanner. I have been sick for a week and really did not appreciate her touching my food. Then she preceeding to ask me about a basket I wasn’t aware of. She ask me did I have my receipt for the food that was in the basket. I was shock that this young lady was harassing mind you I have never had this issue in my neighborhood HEB. I go there all the time. The guy turn and said to her this is my basket and I am with him. (The guy who was still ring up his items. I ask her why was she harassing me? She never once said anything or apologize. I left out of the store and went back in because I was so upset that she embassies me like that and spoke to a manager who did apologize and said she would have her manager to speak with her. I told thr manager that they should speak with her do she does not do this to anyone else. I was feeling under the weather and just ran out for a bit tobget what i needed. Not to be harass by an HEB employee. I am still upset by this because I felt shame and embarrassment. I very feel like I should get an attorney for the way she has made me feel. I have never felt so disrespected in a store.
Suggested solution:
I would like compensation for the disrespect no apology and inconvenience.
