My complaint:
Extremely rude and disrespectful behavior by one Andre Thompson at check in counter at Mumbai airport.
My baggage was over size and when I went to talk to the in charge, he was extremely rude in telling me that my baggage was over the size.
He told me that you will learn for next time as if he has taken responsibility for teaching everyone.
It was Ramadan and everybody was getting late for having their meals.
Andre Thompson was inconsiderate and disrespectful towards all passengers.
Kindly look into this at the earliest

An apology from Andre Thompson for being inconsiderate and rude to the passengers.
