My complaint:
I purchased a bag for my wife online. They removed 1100 from my account and then in the middle of the night decided to cancel my order and keep my funds. Called back to see what happened and I was told I need to pay for it again while they get me back my money. It’s the holidays, if you’re going to cancel my order than put my money back asap.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back.
