My complaint:
I accepted a delivery request for a customer at Villa Deli in Sicklerville, Nj It was 6 miles to get to the location. When i arrived the Deli said that someone already picked up the order. So I called support and after 20 minutes they said they would resubmit the order to the Deli. Well It never came thru and after a waiting for 45 minutes and 10 miles of delivery mileage support could not rectify the situation and have the order resubmitted. So the order was cancelled and I received nothing for my hour of time and 10 miles . I under good faith accepted the request and went to the designated pick up point waited for the situation to get fixed . It never did, I should be compensated for this . Why I am being punished for doing my job.
Suggested solution:
I should at least be compensated for the hour of my time that I am guaranteed 12.00 dollars .
