I saw the offer of one year Amazon Prime FREE delivery, and
decided to try it. I ordered two, 12 packs of bottled water from the local 7-eleven.
First problem; only one case delivered. Driver said store would make an adjustment, but I was forced to contact Grub Hub to get a credit.
There should not have been any bag fee, as the cases of water were shrink-wrapped in plastic.
No tip was added by me; this was done by store. This is not how a tip works! The store even added an extra tip!
What is the Service Fee?
What is a Driver Benefits Fee? This was not mentioned.
Sales tax is not correct of $0.24
For a total cost of $9.79 I paid $15.35!!! A 50% premium for a case of water!!! I will not order again from Grub Hub. Their Free delivery is too expensive!!
