My complaint:
I had placed an order from Adams pizza and my delivery was completely wrong. I had called the restaurant to express my concern and to let them know that they had indeed given the wrong order to the driver and not willing to redeliver or refund me my money back and their customer service was aweful.
The driver delivered me an order of mozzarella sticks and a 12′ pepperoni pizza. The order wasnt even close to what I had ordered.
