My complaint:
We ordered from Old Chicago and our delivery driver, Garrett, did not include 4 drinks that were ordered, onion rings were missing, and my daughter’s pizza was an absolute mess in the box! We pieced the pizza back together and it was missing a piece! The food we did get was cold, and my other daughter’s pasta looked like it had slid over to one side in the box.
Suggested solution:
Considering all that we ordered, and what was missing, we would like to have the order remade and delivered by someone other than Garrett. We are not pleased with this experience. We're considering not giving Grub Hub again.
I want to know if Garrett has been deactivated. a slice of pizza was missing and the other foods and drinks…a slice of pizza was missing..you were not given free food and delivery and refunded your money not even a apology.. outrageous.. i want to post these and other reviews everywhere. this company is a repeat offender nothing ever gets better no improvements no resolutions that are fair..they just rip people off n keep moving they do not care if they lose business there is someone willing to tolerate the disservice and willing to pay for it..what is it going… Read more »
