My complaint:

My Hubby drives/delivers for Grubhub has worked for them about 3 yrs now. He has been a loyal employee, reference, customer to them. We are having issues with his cashout being sent to an account that is inactive can’t get the company to address the issue. Several calls have been made with (supposed) ticket numbers created. When we call back after not receiving the promised call from supervisors and such, the next c.s.r. advises there’s been nothing done in his account. We have emailed the DriverPayment department as well with no response. He is now missing money sent to an account he can’t access, as well as, not having his new account added and updated to where he can actively drive and cash out to a working account. He can’t drive this is our main form of income. Our power has been shut off, our bills are behind, and we would love to eat today. I explained all of this and still can not get in touch with anyone who cares. This company does not care about its employees and it shows. The employees don’t even have respect for their coworkers. My husband is a very hard worker and it’s bad enough he gets violations due to customers stealing orders, gets demoted in the kind of orders and amount of orders he gets offered due to this and looses money because of it. But now he can’t work at all and when he is, the pay goes to an account that’s not available to him. I seriously urge you, DO NOT WORK for GRUBHUB! I will no longer be trying to open my own driver account with them but also will not be a customer either.

Suggested solution:

We would greatly appreciate a call from the supervisors of csr agents to fix some if not all of these bugs. His email hasn't allowed him to update it. His bank account needs updated so he can work again. The last tally on his name was due to a customer and he would like to appeal it. Lastly to get fully paid for the orders he delivered that were sent to the incorrect account in the last 2 weeks.
