My complaint:
Driver has been verbally told and has been given written instructions to deliver food indoors to corporate office but he continues to leave food unattended outside where food can be stolen or damaged by animals. We have complained to customer support many times and they have done nothing.
Other delivery drivers do not have issues following instructions.
