My complaint:
Driver did not deliver the coleslaw for either dinner. There was no silverware or napkins and the driver just left it and did not notify us he had delivered it.I made sure to check those buttons and the dinners were no longer even warm because we had no idea he or she had even come
Suggested solution:
what is your policy when part of the dinner is missing and the food is left without contacting the client and it is cold because of that? I cant take a picture of what did not arrive with the meal..or the temperature of the meal when it was finally found. The target sauce was there...the coleslaw and the silverware and napkins were not
