Grubhub complaint: Grubhub Did not Deliver Our Food . We Had to Cancel Our Order….

My complaint:

We waited for over an hour for our food. Then , when we called , their phone line disappeared ! This is no way to run a business !
We will never do business with them again !

Suggested solution:

Too Late. The damage is done .
