My complaint:
We had to go and pick up our food. GRUBHUB never dispatched a driver. By the time we got there our food was cold.
Suggested solution:
GRUBHUB needs to make amends with us. This was a $240 dinner order. HUBGRUB needs to reimbursement us the 20% tip and the fees that HUBGRUB charged us for a failed delivery.
