My complaint:
I Ordered two colorful aroma humidifier diffusers, but I received two boxes of breast enhancement cream. 30 emails later and no one will contact me regarding this error. Ordered through Groupon who state I have to deal with Marketplace. Marketplace say return wrong order and they will refund me my money but they refuse to sent me a shipping label. I have been dealing with this problem since Dec. 16th. Now neither Groupon nor Marketplace will respond to my Inquiries.
Suggested solution:
send me a shipping label so I can return this breast enhancement cream, which I never ordered, and give me a full refund of 63.98 for the colorful aroma humidifier diffuser that I never recieved.
Poor Customer service and mistreatment of customers is not good for business. However I have never had a company not right their wrong before. To think that ignoring a complaint gives you the right to keep both money and merchandise is so wrong on all accounts. Do the right thing.
The wrong merchandise was returned upon their request after they finally sent me a shipping label. However, after they recieved the merchandise they failed to return my refund. They now refuse to acknowledge any communication from me. So now they have their wrong merchandise back, they have the merchandise that was never sent to me and they have my money. Please people do not do business with Groupon they do not stand by their customers and they support fraudulent companies. How do I get my money returned? To whom does Groupon answer to?
