Groupon complaint: Refund policy

My complaint:

I purchased River Tours and Dol Fun Tours from Groupon while I was vacationing in Orlando. I called the merchant to make a reservation but they were closed that day. I talk to someone and they told me that I should be able to receive the refund from Groupon.
I contacted Groupon on July 6th, customer service told me that someone will follow up. I received the email and was asked to contact the merchant (which I already did while making the booking). I contacted customer service again on August 18th and she gave me the Merchan’t phone number again. I told them that the merchant cannot resolve this issue. Groupon needs to give me a refund. I requested to talk to the supervisor, rep left the chat in the middle of a conversation and never got back. This is what happens all the time. They don’t have the customer service phone number. The only way to communicate with them is the email or chat which is useless.
