Groupon complaint: Refund on Damaged item, and false sales description

My complaint:

Made a purchase for Refurbished apple air pods upon arrival item was in no way refurbished. Initiated a refund return and shipped back immediately. Was told 2 did reasons y the gave me a shopping credit instead of a refund which were both lies. I followed thier guidelines in doing my return. There was a 30 day money back garuntee if item is not as described or damaged.

Suggested solution:

I want my refund on my debit card I paid with. I do not wish to make any further transactions with thier company
