My complaint:
I’ve been for weeks trying to get a refund (I want my money back, not credit to use in their website). I bought Groupons for a nail salon. They advertised it as UNLIMITED and when I went there for the 3rd time they said it had been a mistake, that they didn’t mean to sell unlimited Groupons. The salon sent an email saying to Groupon they agreed with the refund for me and my husband (we both bought Groupons) as per request from customer service, but when the salon amended their page to say “limit of 3 per person” I kept getting several emails saying they couldn’t refund because we had bought more than the allowed share (mind you: the salon CHANGED the advertising AFTER what happened). Now I can’t get no one to read my emails, they just keep replying the same thing (that there was a limit, even though I keep sending evidence showing the opposite)

Provide refund in original form of payment
