My complaint:
I purchased a two night break at Billensley Manor and booked direct with the hotel using the Groupon voucher. However, due to Covid The hotel had to close and our booking cancelled.
I requested a refund from Groupon but so far have been ignored.
I already have credits with Groupon and now wish to have these plus a full refund of the hotel cancellation refunded to my credit card.
I am not getting any results .
