My complaint:

I ordered something on December 6th. It was supposedly shipped on December 12th. Still hasn’t been received and is no longer in transit according to the tracking number they gave me. I find it crazy they have no direct customer support. The merchant doesn’t return emails or have an actual phone number. It’s all a scam. I want my money back!

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I want a refund. I purchased holiday face masks to wear for the holidays. Obviously that's moot at this point, so I want my money back and they can keep the supposed product they sent but I'm convinced doesn't actually exist. Another thing they can do is stop their scam.
