My complaint:
I purchased an item through Groupon on November 23, 2020 with a company by the name of CosmeticRX.com, for a product I still haven’t received. I have emailed them, and have received no response. I’ve filed a complaint with my credit card company, and Cosmetic RX is trying to challenge the charge, yet they can’t provide any verification of tracking to prove item was shipped and received. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Once you place your order, if you have any problems, you will spend a great deal of time trying to get resolved and get your money back.
