My complaint:
Greendot withholding all my money 7k plus after deciding that my account which I verified in January using the exact same pictures of my I’d both times they refused to unlock my account this time telling me I’m just screwed out of my money.
Suggested solution:
They should unblock my account so I may access my funds. I sent all requested info to the bank and they refuse to unlock it
