My complaint:
I am elderly and on a limited income. Green Dot has been holding my money hostage for over two months. I have submitted my I.d. And utility bill around TWENTY times now via email and US mail…still don’t have my money and am facing eviction. Contacted the MN Attorney General and a private lawyer now.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money NOW!!!!!!!
