Complaint: Greendot Stole $168 and some from me

My complaint:

Greendot lied about that they was going to take care of a dispute and fund my account. Not only did they get the money and add it to the same account they closed, then tell me to check online. So I did ! Yet they blocked the account and the card, I have been sending them my personal information for the past two week. Not only to mention I work hard for my money and the keep saying they didn’t get the documents. Now I have sent the documents by chat, gmail and I have called the number on the back of the card, still no money have been returned or account and card has not been unlocked. I even sent documents to, and called the dispute line @ 8772940242 and still no help. If this is how they do business after being a loyal customer for over 7 years they should be ashamed of their actions

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I should be refunded each and every dollar with a complimentary $250 due to stress alone. My light are subject to be off due to the negligence of this company
