My complaint:
This box is not large enough for me to explain the crap that I’ve had to deal with since my dispute this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with by far the most unpleasant experience I have ever had to go through I’ve lost close to $400 and nobody’s done anything about it I’ve disputed it I don’t know how many times now over the phone and sent in a letter with the disputed charges on it as asked so I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do on my part yet no one has done anything about it in fact the last representative I spoke to laughed at me and was extremely rude I would have got her name but I was in tears so I just hung up not to mention I have not received my card and everything is on lock my check that comes from work cannot go into my account I cannot pay any bills and four hundred and something dollars of mine is still missing and again you guys are doing nothing about it I am tired of dealing with it at this point and considering hiring a lawyer even though it is a smaller amount of money it is my money I will also be riding the Better Business Bureau making a Google review advertising on Facebook and possibly taking out a ad in the newspaper something needs to be done about you guys I had to beg to speak to a supervisor and now I can’t even find a corporate number it’s like you guys make it as hard as you possibly can to get anything dealt with so people give up but I assure you I will not give up you will return my money
Suggested solution:
One I would like my card that was supposed to be here days ago to I would like my account unlocked and now 3 I would like all my money back that was stolen I don't care if it wasn't you guys that took it it is your responsibility to investigate it and fix it
