My complaint:
On Friday 522 I received 2 separate mobile notifications stating that I would receive direct deposits onto my bank card on Thursday 528. Only one of those deposits have been posted what happened to the other one? Green dot offers NO form of customer service, no chat, no email and when I called at 9am it said that the call volume was too high and hung up on me. If you can’t handle any form of customer service you have no business being open
