My complaint:
Just had deposited 500$ at Walgreens few days back and was going to purchase chucks for fortnite for my son. Never happened and left card in kitchen table around 10pm . yesterday until 6am today been searching 4 it. Last thing I did was take $25 out of savings and put it with the rest moneys$500.00.
I now cannot even get into Green Dot app last 4hrs.
I need this card suspended and please advise me if my account is any less than 500$.
I do have another Green Dot unlimited debit card I’ve never activated and would like to just put $500 from missing card into 1 I still have not activated instead of waiting.
How do I get my routacct if can’t get into app.
I also locked my acct.
Maybe that issue. Please tell me have 500$ n able just put on card have now ready activate.
Suggested solution:
Cancel card make sure money $500 still on n help me add to my new card have available with phone call.
Can\'t get into app tried 4 hrs now.
Maybe cuz locked acct. I don\'t know dnt want any1 stealing $500
