My complaint:
They locked my account for two months, I called numerous times trying to request another card so I could have access to pay my bills. They would never get in touch with me and I also feel they should pay for the late payments. I just found out from my disability retirement that they closed my account, which I was unaware. I needs my funds from them ASAP.
Suggested solution:
Refund all of my money with late fees for all the bills I was unable to pay because of their 2-month hold and no contact about my account.
