My complaint:
I tried to deposit my stimulus check onto the card. Through the app you can take a picture of it and it deposits into your account. Due to covid19 I have been unable to regularly load the card like I have been for seven months straight. They told me they would not deposit the check because I have insufficient history on my account. I called customer service and it took her an hour to understand what I am explaining here. There was no solution. And I received no explanation as to why this is happening when I’ve had the card almost a year.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to deposit the check!
