My complaint:
the IRS website states that they have deposited my stimulus check to my green dot bank account on april 30th of 2020. When i log on to my greendot account my stimulus deposit is not showing up anywhere. Its now may 4th, 5 days later and since the 30th I hav emailed their customer service 27 times ans i have called their customer service number over 100 times. My emailed were all ignored and I have not been able to speak to an actual person not once in all of those phonecalls. I have also filed a complaint once a day with the bbb. When i search onle there are 1000’s if not millions of greendot customers having the same exsact problem as i am with this company. Like the rest of america i am desperate for the stimulus money. they havnt even done the least, like issue a statement so us customers can know whats going on. As soon as im able to see and access my stimulus money I plan on closing the account. shame on them. this is unexseptable. im including a picture of the status page of my stimulus check on the irs website thank you for your help
Suggested solution:
release my stimulus check as well as release the stimulus checks of the 1000s of americans that they are also doing this to. Also make it so we can reach an actual person while calling customer service
