My complaint:
I did my taxes online opted to have the turbotax card sent in the mail. My refund was deposited into greendot bank march 24,2020. I still have not received my turbotax card and it 2 months later. I cant access my money. I haven’t gotten the 1st card or the replacement card you charge 5$ every time a card is ordered. I have sent in a request to file a lawsuit. I have 3 small children and this is ridiculous not to mention my stimulus check is suppose to come on the card i never received
Suggested solution:
Send my card thru FedEx express shipping for free and all bank interest fees should be waived. Or release my funds into my green dot card that i do have since i already bank with greendot
