My complaint:

Greendot bank froze my card.. 6 days apart for the same reason the first time i submitted all requested info.. my husbands money was deposited numerous times with no issue then they freeze it. They asked for proof of id that was sent . They unfroze it then 2 days later more money was deposited after all info was sent and they said going forward all would be good well its not.its been days no one answers the phone when they do after hours on hold they are rude dont know the job. Wont say if they have the correct info.. different people tell you different things …They arent americans answering here they are in some other country that can barely speak account is still frozen with no wrong doing on my end …please help
