My complaint:
I filed a dispute about an unauthorized charge on my card. I disputed it, and my account was blocked. I was told that the dispute was being reviewed. I was also told that a replacement card wold be sent toe by mail. Next, I received a letter stating that my disputed amount was being placed back in my account. However, I was still and I am still blocked from my account. The replacement card still has NOT arrived.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account and send me a new card.
