I ordered a new ATM card April 29th it is May 27th I do not have one yet I need to find out where it is and they don’t care if I get it or not their customer service has been very rude to me they’ve hung up on me on the phone and they told me when I was going to be getting it in and never showed up so they lied

Suggested solution:

Overnight me an ATM card so I can take my money out of their account and close it

I have the same issue, their customer service rep gave me a false case number and possible fake name so when I called the second time around, they couldn’t verify my details. Also, they failed to actually cancel the first card that was supposedly sent to me before sending another one (they did not admit to my asking of this but their automated system reports two accounts in my name when there was one to begin with).
