Complaint: Can’t access my direct deposit and can’t speak to anyone

My complaint:

My rushcard live prepaid card expired this month 0920. I called Greendot around 0820 to send a new card. They did and I get my direct deposit on the 1st every month. I went to activate my card and could not. I called green dot only to be put on the phone for approximately 6 hours. They advised me to go to Rushcardlive.comactivate. I did and it gave me a phone number 888-288-1845 that rings and hangs up. I called back and stayed on the phone for approximately an hour. I received a phone call yesterday 09092020 and I had to send pictures of the error message and pictures of my card front and back. I then received a email saying they found a slight problem and could not fix it right away. They said someone will contact me when it’s fixed. I was suppose to pay my rent and my bills. I have now received a eviction notice and car has been repossessed. What am I suppose to do? This is a account that I have had approximately 10 years. This is awful
