My complaint:
When I get my money from direct deposit, my money through some unknown transactions vanish this happened twice. I call GreenDot and could never get through to customer service, I disputed one transaction and it’s been over 10 days, the second one I had money sitting in my account from direct deposit and when I got my card May 11 I paid two bills with it, checked it again money was gone.
Suggested solution:
Somebody get in contact with me, and give me back my money
