Complaint: Haven’t received my green dot card

My complaint:

I had to cancel my card and order another one because my old one was damaged. However when I go to the track my card option it says it was printed and I should receive it on May 11. As of today I still haven’t got it. When I call customer service they won’t let me talk to a live person. What should be my next step
