My complaint:
I had 2000 dollars stole off my card. Nothing is being done. I can not get in contact with anyone from green dot. A dispute was supposedly made and i was supposed to hear something in 10 days and still haven’t. No one had access to my card. The only people I gave my info to the card was people from grren dot. This is rediculous. This was not a couple dollars it was 2000. It was taken out and put back in my account numerous time. Which should have red flagged my account but no nothing happened. This is the worst banking ever.
Suggested solution:
They need to give me money back. And people no what is going on instead of ignoring them.
