My complaint:
I purchased one of these cards at an Albertsons in Springfeild Oregon. I put 20 dollars on it prior to when purchasing the card. I used the card to set up with Uber driver for direct deposit, and green dot accepted the payment of 173.50 and never put it into my account. The process went through, it shows that on my Uber account. Uber also gave me a routing number of the transfer but however green dot does not give you the option to speak with a “live” representative it’s all automated bullshit and they keep hanging up on me.
Suggested solution:
They can resolve the issue by giving me my amount of 173.50 in full.
