My complaint:
I I recently got a GoBank card I did make a transaction online sold a camera and when the money got transferred to my card they said it was suspicious and they said it had to be investigated for two days well after the two days gone by then it had to be investigated for 10 more days now the 10 days is up now they’re saying that I didn’t cinema I sent them a copy of a receipt that was for a returned item which is bogus that is the original receipt that I sent him or you guys it’s been like 15 days and I haven’t without my money I’ve called about 15 different times I spent about seven hours on the phone with your customer service representatives and Not one of them can connect you with a supervisor or anybody about them they say there’s no way nobody about them no way to talk to anybody that they’ll cocktail have the supervisor call you back in 24 hours which never happens it’s ridiculous I have employee numbers of the room customer service of people that I would like to file I’m gonna file separate complaints with them I want my money this is ridiculous
